Behind the historic façade of Villa Sayn, the gourmet restaurant "La Toscana" with timeless elegance is located on the first floor with a picturesque balcony terrace. At the stove stands Thorsten Gogolin: A man who not only masters his craft but also loves it. He cooks with precision, skill, great knowledge of the goods and ingenious ideas. His classic and modern dishes are often based on the seasons and are composed of a few, concise ingredients.
With Gerrit Hoffmann and Lutz Esser, you will always find a competent contact person in the service, who also provides expert advice on the corresponding wines.
Events always find a suitable setting thanks to the various, stylish rooms. With the second restaurant "Dr. Brosius ", the bistro, a wine cellar and the garden terrace, which is also used with its outdoor kitchen in the summer for barbecues, the Villa Sayn gastronomically particularly versatile.

On the first floor of our restaurant building is the gourmet restaurant "La Toscana". Here, our chef will spoil you from Thursday to Sunday with different multi-course menu creations. The corresponding wines for culinary delights can be found in our more than 800-position wine list.

In our restaurant "Dr. Brosius "as well as in our bistro we offer daily a regional, fresh cuisine. Whether classic tarte flambée, salads, house-aged dry aged meat specialties or just a drink at the bar. We welcome you daily.

Our idyllic garden terrace invites you to linger. Here you can enjoy the warm summer evenings of the year in a relaxed atmosphere. The attached outdoor kitchen is the foundation for various events such as our monthly BBQ's.
